Donations made to TibetanPrayers are used to support the practitioners, maintain the website, and contribute to Tibetan Buddhist communities.
Donations are voluntary and separate from paid services. Transparency regarding the use of funds is a priority.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay and PayPal to ensure a secure transaction process.
Paid vs. Free Services: While certain general prayers are free, specific or personalized prayer services require a fee. The details of these charges are provided at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: All payments are final, and refunds will not be provided once the service is completed. For cancellations made prior to the commencement of the service, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellation: You may cancel your request up to 24 hours before the scheduled prayer. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion.
Rescheduling: Prayer requests can be rescheduled by contacting our support team at least 24 hours in advance.
